Desert Crete and Desert Flex are unconditionally guaranteed for a period of 30 months from date of completion.
A full eight-year conditional guarantee is available on new complete installations. This entails engaging us to reseal your Desert Flex decking every 30 months. There is no charge for any repair work we do at that time. You pay only the cost of resealing at the prevailing prices. Guarantee excludes damage from acts of God such as earthquakes or major building movement. Contractor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the material or workmanship to be supplied, except as expressly stated herein.

Magnesite Waterproofing Systems
All our work is unconditionally guaranteed for a period of one year from date of completion.
A full eight-year conditional guarantee is available on new, complete installations. This entails engaging us to reseal your Magnesite decking every 20 months. There is no charge for any repair work we do at that time. You pay only the cost of resealing at the prevailing prices. Guarantee excludes damage from acts of God such as earthquakes or major building movement. Contractor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the material or workmanship to be supplied, except as expressly stated herein.

Once sealed, drying time is about 2 hours in warm weather and 3 hours in cooler weather.

Access will be limited during 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. At the end of the each day, it is safe to walk on the site material without causing damage.
