Know what your warranty covers
This page summarizes our warranty information. Your signed contract and issued warranty documents set out the coverage, dates, conditions and exclusions for your project.
Installation & workmanship
1-year limited warranty
Correction of items related to defective installation within one year of installation, subject to the written warranty terms. You can also request a visual review of the completed work with us during that first year.
Structural coverage
5-year structural warranty
Structural coverage is separate from the coating's material warranty. Review your written project warranty with us to confirm the structural items covered, the start date and the applicable conditions.
Manufacturer coverage
Specific to your system
Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the warranty issued for the installed product or system. Its duration, covered materials and maintenance requirements may differ from our installation coverage.
Warranty coverage is limited. Abuse, neglect and events described as “acts of God” are subject to the exclusions in the written warranty. Contact us if you are unsure how a condition applies to your project.
Waterproof decks, balconies and walkways need routine care. Cleaning, inspections and timely recoating help extend system life and meet applicable warranty maintenance requirements.
Follow the installed manufacturer's instructions and your written warranty. Inspection and recoating schedules vary by system, exposure and use.
Report leaks, cracks, peeling or other damage promptly.
Use compatible cleaning and maintenance products.
Save inspection records, photos and recoating invoices.
Maintenance helps extend service life. Any warranty extension must be confirmed separately in writing.
